03Overview

NorthGrid is a Framer template for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractors who keep data centers, hospitals, and other critical facilities running. These are firms where a failed system becomes a headline, and the work gets won on a shortlist, often before the first call. NorthGrid is built to make a sharp regional MEP firm read like the one that belongs on a hyperscale bid list.

It leads with what actually moves a procurement decision: self-performed capabilities, project proof with real facility metrics, safety record and certifications, and an unmissable path to request a bid. Every section speaks to the person deciding who gets the call, not to a general audience.

Under the hood it is a full 17-page site, ten content pages, a custom 404, and six dynamic CMS templates, running on ten CMS collections that ship pre-filled with realistic content so you are editing rather than staring at placeholder text. There are 38 components in all, including a CMS-driven interactive locations map for multi-office firms, a request-a-bid contact form, a built-in design system, and a dedicated Safety page with room for programs, stats, and your EMR. Capabilities, Industries, Projects, Team, Careers, and Insights are each CMS-driven, so adding a trade, a sector, a project, or a job posting is a content entry, not a rebuild.

You can make it yours in an afternoon: swap the content and images, point the contact form at your notification email, and publish. The locations map works two ways, type your office addresses or bind it to your Locations collection so new offices appear automatically, and a setup and support guide comes with the purchase. NorthGrid assumes you have real capabilities, projects, and a safety record to show; it is a frame for substance, not a substitute for it, and it is a marketing site rather than an estimating or project-management tool. If you want the public site and a client portal built as one system, that is the custom work we do at Omni2, and NorthGrid is a good first conversation about it.
