03Overview

Modulo Prefab is a Framer template for the architects, developers, and builders bringing modular and prefab homes to market, the teams designing residences engineered to spec, built off-site, and installed fast. It is built to make a forward-thinking firm look like the one that belongs on a serious client's shortlist.

Prefab sells on a different promise than traditional construction, process and predictability, so the template gives that room: a curated model lineup, project proof with real locations and categories, a clear building process and timeline, and a direct path to start an inquiry. It moves a visitor from curiosity to a configured conversation without the vagueness that sinks most construction sites.

It ships as a full 17-page site, ten content pages, three legal pages, a custom 404, and three dynamic CMS collection pages, on nine CMS collections pre-filled with realistic content. There are 42 components, including an interactive CMS-driven service-area map, a Framer-native contact form, and a complete design system with a clean, modern aesthetic, 23 color styles, 18 text styles, and dark and light modes. Models, Projects, and the Blog are CMS-driven, so a new model line, project, or post is a content entry.

Make it yours in an afternoon: swap the content and images, set the contact form's notification email, and publish, no code required. The service-area map works two ways, type your locations or bind it to your Locations CMS so new areas appear automatically, and a setup and support guide is included. If you want the public site and the client-facing side built as one system, that is the custom work we do at Omni2, and Modulo is a good place to start.

Buy the template, or have us build the real thing.
