Omni2 Design (“Omni2,” “we,” “us”) is a design + technology studio based in the New York metro. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to reply to you and do good work, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the Start a Project form or request a website teardown, we collect the details you enter — your name, email address, website URL, and any project details, budget, timeline, or service selections you share.
Usage data. Like most sites, we collect basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, general location, device type). This is privacy-friendly and not tied to your identity.
How we use it
We use the information you share only to:
- Respond to your inquiry and scope a potential project.
- Produce and send the free website teardown you requested.
- Understand what’s working on the site so we can improve it.
We don’t add you to marketing lists without your say-so, and we don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only as needed:
- Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Vercel — hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly analytics.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Analytics & cookies
We use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to measure site traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. A theme preference (light/dark) is stored locally in your browser for your convenience — it never leaves your device.
How long we keep it
We keep project inquiries for as long as needed to have a working relationship and to keep our own records, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve shared with us — just email hello@omni2design.com and we’ll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests.
