Terms of Service

Effective October 10, 2026

These Terms govern your use of omni2design.com and the services and digital products we offer. We’ve kept them plain. By using the site, engaging us for work, or buying one of our templates, you agree to what’s below.

01

Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using omni2design.com (the “Site”), requesting a website teardown, submitting a project brief, or engaging Omni2 for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site or our services.

02

Who we are

Omni2 Design (“Omni2,” “we,” “us”) is a founder-led design and development studio based in the New York metro and Philadelphia, working globally. We build websites and web apps for architecture, engineering, and construction firms, and we sell templates and components through third-party marketplaces.

03

Using the site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. Please don’t misuse it, attempt to break or probe its security, scrape it at scale, or use it to infringe anyone’s rights. The Site and everything on it, including its text, layout, design, code, and the Omni2 name and marks, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Don’t copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

04

Services & project work

Engagements for custom work (websites, web apps, care plans, and the like) are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work (“SOW”) that we’ll provide, covering scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and ownership. These Terms are the baseline; where your SOW differs, the SOW controls.

Proposals, estimates, and quotes are not binding and don’t reserve time until a signed agreement and any required deposit are in place.

05

Templates & marketplace items

We sell templates, components, and other digital products through third-party marketplaces, such as the Framer Marketplace. Those purchases are completed on the marketplace, under its checkout, refund, and licensing terms, as well as the license shown on each listing.

Unless a listing says otherwise, marketplace items are licensed to you, not sold outright. You may use them to build and operate your own sites and products. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage the item itself as your own. Each listing’s license governs the specifics.

06

Fees & payment

Fees, deposits, and payment schedules for custom work are set out in your SOW. Invoices are due as stated there; we may pause work on overdue accounts. Marketplace purchases are handled by the marketplace’s own checkout and are subject to its refund policy.

07

Ownership of work

Deliverables. Ownership of the final, paid-for deliverables for a project transfers to you as set out in your SOW, typically upon final payment.

Our tools & know-how. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, components, and methods, and of anything we develop generally (not specifically for you). We also keep the right to show completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your materials. You keep ownership of the content, brand assets, and materials you provide, and you’re responsible for having the rights to use them.

08

Third-party services

The Site and our work rely on third-party platforms, including Framer, Vercel, Resend, and payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we’re not responsible for third-party sites, services, or content we link to.

09

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep the Site accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any services we provide are warranted only as described in your SOW.

10

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omni2 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our services, or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service or product the claim relates to (or US $100 for claims relating to use of the Site).

11

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when we post them and update the effective date above. If you keep using the Site or our services after that, you accept the updated Terms.

12

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
